snow

i can only wish for snow.
i can only wish to lie
on a balcony and watch as
the snow blankets the earth.
i can only wish to hear the
sleigh bells ring as chariots
gallop across streets.

But even if i could do
all of the above,
i could only imagine to celebrate
Christmas with the ones i love.
